    Beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bath home! FIRST time vacation rental. EVERYTHING NEW! New paint, floors, furniture, appliances and TVs! Open floor plan with lovely and comfortable furnishings await your family! Sleeping 10, there are 3 bedrooms with Queens and one bedroom with 2 sets of bunks. 2 spacious decks, front and back and a side entrance to the kitchen. Plenty of parking and room for outdoor games. Bring your boat, jet skis, etc. Rent a golf cart & enjoy cruising Carolina Beach. Very close to the ocean (4 minute walk), canal, north end pier and 4 wheel drive area. Outdoor shower. New Grill. Don’t forget your furry family member!

Jan’s Joy is a Jewel at Carolina Beach

We had the best experience with our family at Carolina Beach! Our family and pup loved staying at Jan’s Joy! We had wonderful communication with Bullard Realty and they addressed any concerns we had during the week! It’s been our best vacation spot to date!

Great house to make family memories

What a great place to spend with family. The house was perfect for 6 adults and three kids with ample parking. Was walking distance to the beach. Definitely would recommend if you are looking for low key and quiet area. Our two pets enjoyed it to!

Blessed Thanksgiving

Our time together at this place was so comfortable and welcoming. Easy to settle in and relax. Just the size needed for our family of 5 adults and an 11 year old.

We loved itThere were a few problems bit not major The fridge was leaking from the freezer and ruined some things. One chair outside was broke and one inside. There was nail sticking uo on the steps going from inside to the outside shower. We enjoyed the stay just wanted to let you know..Thank you

The house was in a great location to the beach. It was very clean. The house could use some updates for example. The refrigerator needs a new strip around door and freezer drips into bottom part. Shower heads and knobs could use an update all were very old and hard to turn off. The property did have some things in kitchen, it would've been nice to have e a bit more amenities in kitchen. The furniture in living room could be more comfortable. A longer hose under house in parking are would be a little more handy. The outside shower was a nice bonus. Having the towels and sheets included was a SUPER nice amenity. The trash and recycling bin could use a spraying of disinfection and cleaning. The bugs and smell were pretty bad.

1. Very clean and well-furnished for a beach rental2. Located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the beach and CB pier3. Plenty of parking underneath the house and in the driveway, we had 4 cars there
