Just two blocks from the sand, our spacious, pet-friendly home is the perfect retreat for families and friends. Unwind by the ocean, explore local attractions, or relax on patios with ocean breezes. Each room has an en suite bathroom for privacy, and there's an elevator for easy access to all levels. This beautiful and relaxing townhouse beach property is a four story duplex with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and smart TVs in each bedroom. Perfect for dog lovers, groups, holidays and extended stays. Located on Snapper Lane, you'll be just two blocks from beach access, a short 4 minutes walk to feel the sand in your toes. Enjoy close proximity to the Carolina Beach boardwalk, Fort Fischer aquarium and local restaurants. Linens, towels and body wash are included with each stay. We will get you started with toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags, but if you're staying more than a long weekend you may need to bring or buy some more. \- Level 1 - The garage has parking for 1 small/medium car. You'll find a TV for entertainment, as well as access to the garage. Entering from the front door will give you access to the foyer and stairs to the upper levels. \- Level 2 - There is a King bedroom equipped with a Samsung smart TV, private patio, and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Down the hall you'll find another bedroom with Full-size bunk beds + twin trundle bed, en suite bathroom with tub/shower combo, and a TCL Roku TV. \-This level also has a dog station with feeding bowls, eating mats, doggie blankets, toys and treats for two furry friends. \-The laundry room is located in the hallway and has a full-sized washer and dryer for use during your stay. \- Level 3 - As you enter the third floor you'll find a kitchen with a gas range, microwave, plenty of cutlery and serve ware, as well as a drip coffee maker. \-The living room has games to enjoy as well as a patio to take some ocean air. The TV does offer Spectrum Cable so that you don't have to miss your favorite shows. A half bath is available for convenience and a queen bed also offers an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. \- Level 4 - This level is accessible by stairs only, and offers a spacious bedroom with a king-sized bed and walk in shower.
