This Ocean Front condo is in a great location in Carolina Beach! Enjoy the expansive views of the Ocean, gorgeous Sunrises while sipping coffee on the large balcony, and your proximity to all the attractions in the area! A quick drive to Ft. Fischer aquarium, Freeman Park, walk to events at the lake or the newly expanded boardwalk. Grab your flip-flops and prepare to relax! This condo is fully loaded and ready to be your summer vacation destination!

This condo has a very open feel and fantastic ocean views! The cozy living room has a wall of windows leading to the balcony, so you can see the ocean from anywhere in the main living spaces. It's open to the dining area with a small table as well as the kitchen that has additional bar stool seating. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you'd need to cook a meal during your stay. There is 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, a bunk bed off the entrance, and a sofa bed making it the ideal stay for up to 6 guests. You'll love sipping your morning coffee on the balcony or unwinding at the end of the day while enjoying the sea breeze.

Guests will have access to the entire condo, balcony, and community pool. We have a locked owner's closet for our storage, but other than that you will be able to use everything in the condo. We provide a parking pass for 1 car in the lot at the complex.

lease Note: The community pool is available seasonally, through Memorial Day-Labor Day. The HOA reserves the right to adjust these dates based on weather, safety inspections, or maintenance needs.

There is currently a beach re-nourishment project being done in Carolina and Kure beach. This project takes place every 3 years and helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.

Please be sure to review our cancellation policy prior to making your reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance at the time of booking.
