Ein gelungener Urlaub!

Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen - gleich zwei tolle Strände sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Haus selbst ist gut geschnitten und das Wohnzimmer und die Terrasse sind gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Rest des Hauses ist allerdings in die Jahre gekommen und in zwei Schlafzimmern riecht es etwas muffig. Da wir eine Woche lang warmes Wetter hatten, war das kein Problem, da wir ausreichend lüften konnten. Die Schlösser waren sehr schwergängig und sollten ausgetauscht werden. Trotzdem ein toller Urlaub!

Location très bien placée près de la plage. Seul problème majeur de la location : la literie de la chambre parentale : matelas à ressorts qui couine à chaque mouvement!!!

Location bien placée mais literie à remplacer

Location très bien placée à 50 m de la plage de Legenes. Seul problème de la location et pas des moindres: la literie de la chambre parentale : lit à ressorts qui couine à chaque mouvement, même minime, entraînant de multiples réveils dans la nuit !!! Quel dommage ! Par contre, nous tenons à remercier l'Agence Interhome de Carnac pour sa disponibilité, sa réactivité et sa gentillesse !

La maison est correcte mais petite

La maisons ne dispose pas d’une salle de bain en rdc contrairement au descriptif La douche est dans le garage avec un seuil important. Les photos sont très avantageuses la surface des pièces est bien plus petite que les photos peuvent le laisser supposer. Pas de stationnement possible sur la propriété. Très proche de la plage.

L’annonce ne correspond pas à la réalité du bien.

La maison est très bien placée mais il serait nécessaire d’y faire un bon rafraîchissement. La cuisine est vraiment dans son jus, la chambre parentale trop petite en tous points (le lit est probablement plutôt un 130), la porte d’entrée de la maison ne ferme pas à clé donc on ferme le portail du jardin. Sans être pointilleux, nous avons été contraints de relaver la plupart de la vaisselle qui n’était pas propre. Par ailleurs il n’y a véritablement qu’une seule salle de bain, la 2e étant en réalité plutôt une douche pour se rincer de la plage dans le garage. Point positif: l’agence de location s’est montrée très compréhensive, disponible et réactive.
