Globalement la maison est top, spacieuse et très bien située car 5min à pied de la plage et 10 du centre de Carnac plage. Point positifs: Situation Les peintures intérieures et extérieures ont été refaites Sols de l’étage refaits Spacieuse Propre Clôture jardin refaite en partie (plus de trous dans le grillage comme j’avais lu dans certains avis) Point d’amélioration/négatifs: La CUISINE qui est fort vieillissante Les salles de bains peu modernes Bruits de l’avenue des druides

Séjour agréable

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine Dans cette maison en location. Elle est bien située, à proximité immédiate des commerces et de la plage. L’avenue est un peu bruyante mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Petit bémol, l’incivilité de certaines personnes qui ont déversé leurs poubelles quasi toutes les nuits dans le jardin !!! La maison mériterait un peu de rafraîchissement extérieure et intérieure mais pour un séjour en vacances nous n’avons rien à redire.

Bonne situation par rapport à la plage Sinon un important coup de peinture s’impose tant à l’extérieur qu’à l’intérieur ainsi qu’une modernisation des équipements ( mobilier …) et l’accès au wifi serait bienvenu État de propreté laissant à désirer ( traces de saleté et vétusté. ) Dangerosité des sols dans les pièces d’eau: carrelage ultra glissant On s’attend à mieux quand on loue par Interhome!!!

Das Haus liegt an einer stark frequentierten Straße, in der Beschreibung nicht angegeben Schränke sind teilweise mit den privaten Dingen der Besitzer voll gestopft Im Kühlschrank klebte an der Kühlung noch der Rest der Petersilie In der Spüle kein Stöpsel Man hat das Gefühl das Haus hat noch nie eine Kontrolle gehabt

La maison est agréable et bien équipée. Elle est conforme au descriptif . Seul bémol, l’avenue des druides qui est passante et peut générer du bruit et le jardin est sensé être clos mails il y a un trou dans la palissade Je recommande cette location

Pas très agréable

la propriété laisse un peu à désirer , la porte d'entrée est abîmée et sale, c'est la 1ere chose que l'on voit en arrivant et ce n'est pas franchement motivant, la pièce de vie et la cuisine sont correctes , le garage n'est pas rangé, il est censé y avoir une table de ping pong mais celle-ci à le pied cassé. concernant l'étage dans les salles de bain la peinture s'écaille et tombe régulièrement par terre. l’échelle du lit superposé tient avec des bouts de ficelles et la literie est à peine convenable . le jardin est agréable mais manque d'entretien (bouteille de verre au fond semi-enterrée) et il est extrêmement brillant car en bordure d'une route très passante.
