Die große Sonnenterrasse mit langem Tisch und vielen Stühlen sowie Sonnenstühlen und Markise war klasse. Auch ist der Garten komplett eingezäunt - gut, wenn kleine Kinder oder Hunde dabei sind. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Und auch im Haus gab es genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten (langer Esstisch mit 6 Stühlen) und noch einmal eine 4er-Sitzecke in der Küche. Von dem Haus aus konnte man gut in ca. 15 min zum Strand laufen. Auch der große Wochenmarkt ist in nur 5 Minuten Gehweg zu erreichen. Ebenso die Altstadt in ca. 10 Minuten.
