Located in the Le Domaine des Tadornes residence in Carnac, 1 km from the yacht club, the Grande Plage and Légenèse beach. The beach centre of the resort and its shops are 1300 m away. The Thalasso tennis courts are located 500 m away. The nearest supermarket is 800 m away. Auray and its station are about fifteen kilometres away. Duplex apartment of approximately 52 m², completely renovated, located on the first floor of a residence without a lift with secure private parking.
