You are in a residential area, opposite the Grande Plage of Carnac Plage, a well-known seaside resort in South Brittany.
You are close, on foot, to all amenities, the Yacht Club (700m) and Thalassotherapy (800m).
This large, unique and exceptional 120m² apartment in the Victoria residence, quiet and secure, has a beautiful south-east exposure. It is serviced by a lift.
With beautiful volumes, charming decoration, the apartment has a large living room (40 m²) on the seafront extending onto the rounded terrace (40 m²) with panoramic views of the Bay of Quiberon. The living room communicates with the open American kitchen. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. The appliances are brand Siemens ° or equivalent (Bosch °, AEG °). The kitchen also has a small balcony with sea view.
The apartment has 3 large bedrooms:

Nous avons passé une belle semaine de vacances en famille. Le logement, de par sa situation géographique, nous a permis de pleinement profiter de Carnac et ses environs. Tout est accessible à pied, la terrasse offre une vue imprenable sur la mer et permet de se reposer en toute quiétude après de longues balades le long de mer. Nous le recommandons à 100% et nous y retournerons avec plaisir!

L'appartement est magnifiquement situé face à la mer avec une belle terrasse. Il est très généreusement équipé. Le propriétaire est charment et prévenant. C'est une très belle proposition et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

L'appartement est de très grande qualité de par sa structure mais aussi par son emplacement avec vue imprenable sur l'océan. Le mobilier est de grande qualité et rien ne manque au confort de l'électroménager, les ustensiles de cuisine, les appareils d'entretien tout est en quantité plus que suffisante et en très bon état de marche . Le matériel présent sur place à la disposition du locataire répond à bien plus que ses besoins. la disponibilité du propriétaire est sans contestation excellente sa réactivité est totale. Nous avons passé un séjour excellent à la grande satisfaction de mon épouse qui adore la Bretagne et puis moi j'aime bien .

This is a beautiful flat with an incredibly large balcony where it is a pleasure to sit and look at the sea. Being opposite one of the many strands in Carnac, its position is very convenient. Moreover it is very close to the centre and the shops and restaurants. The flat is beautifully decorated and very well furbished. Plenty of stuff in the kitchen to cook your own meals. It was a pleasure to spend our holiday here.

This is an excellent, well maintained property in a lovely location. The sea view from the south facing balcony is exceptional. The owner is also very helpful and responds quickly to any queries.

Superbe appartement fonctionnel, spacieux, lumineux et bien décoré. La très grande terrasse très bien équipée offre une vue directe et magnifique sur la baie de Carnac. L'accueil est très agréable, les lits sont faits, un petit panier de bienvenue avec des spécialités locales nous attendait. Je recommande vivement cette location.
