The Yacht Club and numerous nautical activities are 300 m away, the beach centre and its shops are 650 m away. The supermarket is 1.5 km away. The house benefits from an ideal location to enjoy the many assets of Carnac and its surroundings. Auray and its station are located about fifteen kilometers away. Recent house of 70 m² bright and luminous comprising: On the ground floor: \- Entrance to a living room with a through lounge and dining area, television; \- Fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, 4-burner induction hob); \- Bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower; \- Garage with washing machine and tumble dryer, possibility of storing pushchairs, bicycles or small nautical equipment. Upstairs: \- Bedroom 1: 1 bed of 160 cm (2 mattresses of 80 cm); \- Bedroom 2: 2 nested beds of 90 cm that can be brought closer together, desk, storage cupboard; \- Bedroom 3: 1 bed of 140 cm, storage cupboard; \- Bathroom with double washbasin; \- Independent toilet. \- A spare bedroom with a 140 cm bed is fitted out above the garage. Two terraces, pleasant small enclosed garden at the back of the house, garden furniture, deck chairs, barbecue, parasol. Accommodation capacity of the house: 6 to 8 people Parking space in front of the house. Wi-Fi: YES Arrival: 4pm-6pm Please notify in case of late arrival. Deposit: €700 to be paid on site.
