The centre of Carnac-Plage and its shops are about 1 km away, the supermarket and the village of Carnac are 1.5 km away. Tennis courts are also 200 m away. Auray and its train station are about fifteen kilometers. Duplex apartment of 50 m², located on the 1st floor. It offers a large balcony terrace facing south, ideal to enjoy the sun.
