Rated 3 stars. Apartment of 35m² renovated with WIFI, located on the ground floor with terrace (possibility to close by roller shutter) and small garden, well equipped, facing west. Entrance with storage lockers: \- Living room: "rapido" sofa convertible into a bed for 2 people, television, large bay window giving access to the covered terrace and the garden. \- Open and equipped kitchenette (ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher). \- 1 bedroom: 1 bed 140, window with a view of nature. \- Bathroom: shower, washbasin, washing machine and dryer.
