This is a lovely house in a perfect location. It is spacious, well-equipped, and situated in a quiet location, yet only six minutes' walk to the closest (excellent!) beach, with three others within walking distance. Loved it!

Très agréable séjour
Maison dans quartier résidentiel de carnac , au calme, proche plage. La maison est agréable à vivre , bonne literie , la véranda très appréciable, le jardin est petit mais bien entretenu et pas de vis à vis proche, un champ juste à côté donne une impression de perspective très sympathique. Le garage accessible (buanderie+ stockage) est vraiment un plus. A pied à 7 mn de la plage de legenese et 15 mn du centre de carnac plage , donc se fait très facilement. Vous ne pourrez pas garer plus de 2 voitures devant la maison max, mais vous pourrez en dehors de la résidence (3mn). Enfin , l’accès à la maison se fait très facilement et sympathique accueil de la personne qui vous reçoit . Nous avons apprécié la petite attention à notre arrivée bouteille de cidre et boîte de gâteaux bretons . Merci

Belle maison, très belle décoration avec des meubles de qualités, prestations en rapport. Dommage que la maison soit un peu endormie. Exposée au sud, il faut accepter parfois une bonne température. Par contre , à l'automne ou en hiver, cela doit être magnifique!

Une maison fonctionnelle, dans une résidence calme, une cuisine très bien équipée, appréciable pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner. Céline qui prend en charge l'accueil est disponible et sympathique. Attention, internet totalement instable impossible d'envisager travailler. La proximité avec un marais fait qu'il y a beaucoup de moustiques le soir il n'est donc pas possible d'ouvrir les fenêtres la nuit rendant les chambre étouffantes. Ce serait parfait d'envisager une solution. Nous avons passé un bel été

Hygiène et propreté inacceptables
Si l’emplacement et le volume des pièces de la propriété étaient satisfaisants, tout le reste ne l’était pas : Appareils électroniques ménagers sales et moisis ( lave vaisselle, micro ondes, hotte, four que nous n’avons pas voulu utiliser Poussière, toiles d’araignées, terre, dans tout le rez de chaussée, murs moisis dans les placards,… Véranda en plein soleil inutilisable dès midi , transformé en four, favorisant la chaleur dans le séjour et la chambre du Rez de chaussée Aucune ombre dans le jardin.. 2 parasols pour un seul pied de parasol , de plus cassé et rafistolé par nos soins pour trouver un peu d’ombre:pour 5 personnes : là aussi inacceptable ! Un long message au propriétaire dès le 2eme jour de notre séjour, qui n’a pas daigné nous répondre : évidemment, le séjour de 14jours avait été payé à la prise de commande 6 mois auparavant: À qui devons nous faire confiance ? Le propriétaire? Abritel ? Le véritable problème de ces plateformes de location est qu’il n’y a aucun contrôle par des inspecteurs comme par exemple , le Michelin, et l’appréciation reste à l’humeur des occupants! Nous sommes à peu près sûrs que cette propriété n’avait pas été loué depuis un long moment ( Covid) et que nous l’avons retrouvé tel qu’elle était après la dernière occupation : là encore : inacceptable ! Nous avons payé le prix fort et c’est malhonnête.. Nous demandons une réduction du prix payé … Abritel sera t’il à la hauteur?
