Children's club and sailing school 1 km away. Tennis club 2.5 km away. Thalassotherapy centre 1.5 km away. Semi-detached house with 3 rooms of approximately 55 m2, pleasantly furnished. Small garden with terrace furniture and parasol. Ground floor: Well-equipped kitchen area with electric hobs and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, electric coffee maker. Living room with sofa, television; sliding door opening onto the garden. Toilet with hand basin. Upstairs: Two bedrooms with respectively one 140 cm bed and 2 x 90 cm beds. Bathroom with bathtub and washbasin. Parking: 1 space per house. WIFI Arrival: 4pm-6pm Please notify in case of late arrival. Deposit: €250 to be paid on site Charges: electricity costs included in the accommodation price from early May to early October.
