Children's club and sailing school 1 km away. Tennis club 2.5 km away. Thalassotherapy centre 1.5 km away. Semi-detached house with 3 rooms of approximately 55 m2, pleasantly furnished. Small garden with terrace furniture and parasol. Ground floor: Well-equipped kitchen area with electric hobs and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, electric coffee maker. Living room with sofa, television; sliding door opening onto the garden. Toilet with hand basin. Upstairs: Two bedrooms with respectively one 140 cm bed and 2 x 90 cm beds. Bathroom with bathtub and washbasin. Parking: 1 space per house. WIFI Arrival: 4pm-6pm Please notify in case of late arrival. Deposit: €250 to be paid on site Charges: electricity costs included in the accommodation price from early May to early October. Certains mobiliers devraient être changé par exemple la télé (qui fait un bruit d'enfer) et le wifi qui n'existe pas) , un petit sommier (lattes de cassées) une couette qui était tachée .
