On the 2nd floor, bright 85m² apartment, tastefully renovated. Main South exposure, 3-star rated. \- Entrance with wardrobe. \- Fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher), adjacent utility room with washer-dryer. \- Living room: bay window onto balcony, South facing, with a beautiful view of the park. \- Sleeping area set back from the living room: 1 160 cm bed \- 2 bedrooms: each with 2 80 cm beds that can be pushed together, storage. \- Bathroom (shower, washbasin, towel dryer) - Separate toilet. La literie était d’excellente qualité. Nous y avons très bien dormi. Tout est neuf. L’appartement est très bien agencé et agréable vivre. Un Scrabble était à disposition et nous avons passé des après-midi à y jouer ! Le centre nautique est à 5 minutes à pieds pour ceux qui veulent faire de la voile. C’est très pratique.
