You will enjoy the Grande Plage of Carnac just a few steps from the residence. The shops and restaurants of the beach centre are 1300 m away by taking the promenade of the Boulevard de la Grande Plage. The supermarket is 200 m away, the Beaumer tennis courts are 300 m away and the town of Carnac-Ville is 2.5 km away. Auray and its station are about fifteen kilometres away. Apartment of 42m², located on the 2nd floor of a building without a lift, facing the sea. It comprises: \- A living room with a sofa, television, dining table with 4 chairs, bay window overlooking the balcony with unobstructed sea view; \- An open kitchen with living room, fully equipped: induction hobs, extractor hood, combined oven/microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster; \- A 1st bedroom with 1 bed of 140 cm, storage wardrobe; \- A 2nd bedroom with 2 bunk beds, books and games for children; \- A bathroom with washing machine and electric towel rail. \- Separate toilet. Balcony facing full south with sea view, equipped with a table, four chairs, a sunbed and an electric awning. Residence with closed bicycle storage.
