Arrêt Carnavette (navette gratuite municipale) à 5 min. Copropriété calme, entretenue, fleurie. Appartement lumineux mais peu fonctionnel. Très peu de place pour cuisiner et ranger les provisions. Chambre lits superposés est plus un placard qu’une chambre : très peu de place, pas de fenêtre ni de rangement possible.
