La maison est localisée dans une résidence récente très bien agencée sans vis à vis gênant. Seule la procédure d’accueil mériterait d’être modernisée, il existe en 2022 des solutions pour éviter : les signatures de pdf par mail, dépôt d’espèces pour le ménage, multiples virements et empreintes de carte bleue pour la caution. ##### Sylvain D.
