Close to the shops in the village of Carnac, this lovely 2-bedroom apartment (approx. 58m²) sleeps 4-6 people. Located on the ground floor of the La Villa des Korrigans residence, it features a south-facing terrace and enclosed garden.  
  
The apartment comprises an entrance hall (with storage), an open-plan fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, 3-burner induction hob, refrigerator, freezer), a living/dining area (TV, sofa bed, 160cm bed, duvets) opening onto a south-facing terrace and small enclosed garden (garden furniture).  
  
There is also a bedroom with a double bed (160cm, duvets), a bedroom with two single beds (70cm, duvets, can be made into a double bed), a bathroom (washing machine), and a separate WC.  
  
Private parking space No. 21 in the underground garage.  
  
No pets allowed.  
Electricity charges are extra except from May 30th to September 19th, 2026.  
Optional extras: linen rental, baby equipment rental & Mini Wi-Fi box.  
  
50m from the Carnac market, 200m from the shops in Carnac town centre and 2km from the beaches.
