In the heart of Carnac-Plage, in a high-end residence with lift, sea view, in immediate proximity to the beach and shops, approximately 200m from the sailing club. On the 4th and top floor, 25m² studio with clear sea view, classified 2 stars, WIFI. Entrance through a corridor leading to the bathroom with a washbasin, shower and adjacent independent toilet. Living area with a kitchenette equipped with 4 electric hobs, a small refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and microwave. Bar defining the living room/dining area furnished with a table and chairs, a bench (2 pull-out 90cm beds for 2 sleeping spaces), TV, 2 bay windows giving access to the loggia balcony with an unobstructed sea view. WIFI. Electric heating. Private garage. Small pet accepted (additional €25) Arrival: 4pm-6pm Please notify in case of late arrival.
