Possibilité d'accéder à pieds à 2 plages et à une grande surface. La décoration de l'appartement est acceptable mais le mobilier ainsi que le sol de la cuisine laissent à désirer. La chaudière y occupe beaucoup de place et fait beaucoup de bruit (la VMC aussi) : difficiile de dormir. Le jardinet est agréable et bien orienté.
