Entrance, Bedroom 1 with 2 single bunk beds (2x90, wardrobe), bedroom 2 with a double bed (1x140, shelves), a shower room, separate toilet, an equipped kitchen area (washing machine, microwave, mini-oven) and open to the living room (TV, sofa) opening onto a south-facing balcony (garden furniture).

Pets not allowed.
Private parking n°11 at the back of the residence.
