"Really nice hotel with good staff looking after you. A couple of minor things that we picked up on were that the room we were in had a lack of sockets for charging devices. It only had one with a usb port attached to it. That made things awkward for us when charging phones, watches, kindle and vape. It was a constant swapping things over and leaving things behind to charge while we went out. The other issue being there was no tea or coffee facilities in the room. This might have been said before booking the room and I might have missed it but it’s the first hotel I’ve stayed in that didn’t have this in the room. Altogether it’s in a great location with good value and we would stay here again."

"This hotel is amazing! It is at the best location possible, next to the river and the car free shopping street in Glasgow. We stayed at the top floor with a very nice view of the river. The coffee shop at the ground floor serves very reasonably priced coffee and croissants in the morning."

"Hotel was in a good location in Glasgow. Room was on the small side for the price. For whatever reason, we were put in a handicap accessible room which we neither requested nor needed. Very clean hotel with good staff. Typical feeble UK shower in a bathroom surrounded with grab bars!"

"Stayed one night to catch an early morning flight. We just walked 2 minutes to the airport terminal. Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were all excellent."
