"we enjoyed the bar, especially Tom the bartender the nights we were there. he was very knowledgeable and made us feel at home. The room was nice and quiet, although a little small. The reception staff was always helpful and nice."

"Check in staff were very helpful and the hotel was lovely and clean with a great shower and in an ideal location. The only negative was breakfast which was chaotic, not enough tables, running out of food items very quickly and probably because they were short staffed staff were quite rude. Would stay again but wouldn’t have breakfast."

"The room was fine. Clean and spacious. The shower room looked tired but worked satisfactory. We used the spa which is very dated. A lot of showers are broken where the handle freely spins and missing any chrome on it. The lockers require a padlock to use. The steam room required some inspiration from a user for it to work and the sauna can hold 4 at a time max. The shower outside these is broken so you are required to go back down the stairwell and use a broken shower in the changing room. The hotel and room was satisfactory. The spa requires attention."

"Used this hotel for after a concert at the hydro and once we arrived back into the hotel the team in the bar area were fantastic keeping the fun from the concert going with the bands music and lots of people then stayed down at the bar rather than all going right up to their rooms it was a really nice touch and would make us want to stay here again"

"Really great location for bars and gig in Barrowlands. Lots of choice for breakfast and replenished frequently. Dinner was good and a dj on the Friday night too. One of the sockets to charge your phone on the right side of the bed didn’t work, the shower head leaked and the shower filled up with water spilling onto the floor from the tray. Otherwise a great stay with friendly and helpful staff and lots of space to lounge and play pool and classes on at the gym."
