"Excellent stay. The hotel is awesome. Rooms are massive and well furnished. The bathroom is a dream. Huge bathrooms. The beds are well comfy. The breakfast was made fresh. Checkin and checkout couldn’t have been any simpler and quicker. Michelle was just awesome, her presence, her friendliness, her proactive and caring attitude, her positive aura just enhanced the profile of the hotel to a total new dimension. It’s just an awesome hotel with an excellent parking facility but one needs to be very careful taking the car through the really tiny entrance of the on site car park. I would stay in this hotel every time I come to South Wales. It doesn’t claim what it’s not but very rightfully claims to be everything that a good hotel should offer to their customers. "

"Great stay - I made this booking for my parents so they could have a break after a tough few years. I emailed the team before my parents arrival to discuss accessibility as I knew there wasn’t a lift. My dad has poor mobility so wanted to make sure he’s room wasn’t too far away. The Savoy team were so helpful via email and after chatting back and forth, they allocated a great room for my parents. The feedback after their stay was about how lovely the whole team were, really helpful and pleasant. That it was a lovely room and they would definitely stay again. "

"Lovely pod to stay in. Very well equipped indeed. Lovely hot water and good pressure in shower with great rainfall head. Private hot tub was fantastic. Was in it at 2230 one night enjoying watching bats flying around in the trees. Lovely and private at top of the camp also. So peaceful and relaxing. Can't wait to return."
