Construction on this home was completed in June 2016 and is the bottom floor of a two-story duplex. With updated furnishings and an excellent location, you will love staying in this home. Located near the beach and within walking distance of downtown Carlsbad, you will enjoy a quiet neighborhood, with something for everyone. Downtown Carlsbad hosts excellent restaurants, coffee houses, nightlife, and public transportation. Hop on the train and nearby Carlsbad train station and you are in downtown San Diego before you know it! Family-friendly activities such as LEGOLAND, the wild animal park and parks are nearby. We have built a calming, well furnished, and comfortable beach retreat just for you. The home is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
The home opens to the great room including dining room, living room and kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for a longer stay.
The primary bedroom includes a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom. A second TV is located in the primary bedroom.
The back patio opens as an extension of the primary bedroom. There you can lounge on the patio furniture or enjoy an outdoor dinner. BBQ is provided.
The secondary bedroom features a bunk bed that has a queen bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. There is also a small desk area for working or reading.
The secondary bathroom is accessible from the hallway and includes a tub/shower combination.
The home does include in-unit laundry with a stackable washer and dryer located in the hall closet.
