Search Hotels by Best Western in Carlisle from £53

We came across this place purely by chance, as we had a day in hand while driving across the state and were simply looking for somewhere with an outdoor pool for some R&R. What a find, and rather better than some random Hampton Inn!!! It's a beautiful place and even us jaded Brits were impressed with the historic house, the decor and the setting. The hosts were attentive and friendly but, with no other guests there, we really felt we had the place to ourselves. Would highly recommend.

Our stay at Billy and Joanne's was incredible. Everything from the warm welcome to the amazing breakfast. We would thoroughly recommend staying here. The only bit we didn't like was having to leave after such a short stay.

Breakfast was good, rooms clean, staff friendly and helpful. A very good hotel.

Gorgeous restored building, decorated in line with the age of building and in pristine condition. Great bar!

Really like this hotel, great staff, property clean and rooms were specious. Met my expectations.

Nice hotel with large clean rooms, we did need to ask for more towels as only 3 in the room for 4 people and no hairdryer. Breakfast was inedible, coffee was good.
