"My stay at Princess Grand Jamaica was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful grounds, spacious layout, and warm hospitality of the staff. The property is immaculate, and every area reflects pride and attention to detail.
A special thank you to Michael, who assisted with my luggage upon arrival. His professionalism, kindness, and wonderful personality earned him the nickname “Archangel Michael,” our running joke throughout the stay. I would also like to recognize Raniel for coordinating my airport transportation and Gregory, our driver, who was courteous, professional, punctual, and made our ride to the airport especially pleasant.
The pools were clean and inviting, and the swim-out pool was a highlight. We thoroughly enjoyed the poolside activities, the White Party, and the Foam Party. Housekeeping was excellent, especially April, who ensured our room remained spotless and comfortable.
The food was excellent. Fusion was one of our favorite dining experiences. Chevette, Rachel, and Manager O’Donnell provided outstanding service and were extremely accommodating. Although room service occasionally delivered incorrect items, the food was so delicious that it hardly diminished our experience.
My only suggestions would be to improve access to the beach, as the rocky shoreline makes entering the water difficult, and to add another staff member at the poolside grill during busy periods to reduce wait times.
