"We just stayed here from June 23-29th. Our stay here was extremely relaxing, with still many activities to participate in throughout the day & night, also with good music/ ambiance. The only reason we are giving this resort a 4/5 was that we encountered some staff members that were not welcoming. Only one was rude, but the other ones weren’t necessarily rude but we can assume that weren’t happy to be there. Didn’t feel so welcoming. On the other hand, we had amazing service at the Italian restaurant (best one tbh, lasagna is great), Mexican and the Reef. The reef has more carribean food (jerk chicken, pork stew, curry goat, rice and peas, beef patties, etc) which were SO GOOD! A bartender by the name Reoujax, was our highlight of my fiancées birthday trip. He took care of us EVERY TIME he saw us! If all the staff had energy like him, this resort would be 10/10. Beach was a bit rocky but GORGEOUS! Never was an issue to get chairs at pool/beach, drinks or food. Coffee shop is so good! We started our days w/ the iced coffee from there. Night entertainment shows were cool. Resort is big, but not too big. Very walkable. Souvenir store on grounds actually has great prices, better than airport prices in my opinion. Smoothies at breakfast buffet were delicious. Rick’s cafe & seven mile beach about 30 mins from this resort, front desk is very helpful with transport. MVP bar was great and fun! No crazy hangovers from the liquor here. Food 4/5"
Serenade All Suites - Adults Only Resort

"This resort was amazing! We had a suite with it's own private pool area which we very much utilized. The property also many public pools to choose from, with a few of them having swim up bars. Beautiful white sand beach that you can just walk out to, with beach chairs, and Cabanas. Only drawback about the beach though is that the water water had lots of sargassum seaweed, which they were doing their best to clean up. The rooms were kept clean, and the restaurants had lots of variety, however we felt that there could have been more Domican food represented. The staff was very nice, and helpful whenever possible. There is nothing that would not make us not want to book the resort again. We were very happy with our 10 day stay!!"

"Went with a 10 year old and my mom, and we had a blast! Super close to El Yunque, excellent amenities, wonderful rooms and excellent food. The Roots restaurant had some bad service a few times (one time it took an hour to get our food), but otherwise no huge hiccups. 10/10 recommend Amaya restaurant (pricey, but sooo good) as well as the kiddos friendly pool with the slides. Overall, resort was a bit pricey (the fact that resort fees aren’t included in the price is tough, about $300 before you even eat anything) and their was no food included standard (I paid for breakfast buffet to make less of a hassle). Even though it was pricey, I still had a good time. Just wish they were more upfront about those resort fees!"

"I especially liked the butler service in every building. Their attention to detail and service was exceptional. The staff was on top of the cleanliness and every time I came back to my room it was fresh and organized. Our swim up pool was clean and enjoyable; I loved the privacy and calmness. The drinks were on point in all places, restaurants and lobby included."
