Lopesan Costa Bávaro Resort Spa & Casino - All Inclusive

"For an all inclusive it was very difficult to find food 24 hours a day, and when we did, it wasn’t great (think hotdogs). Be sure to make dinner reservations upon arrival for all nights. Room service didn’t arrive when ordered and each day they cleaned the room, picked up dirty towels and never supplied clean ones. We literally had to call every day to order towels. The place was spread out and somewhat difficult to navigate. Absolutely no drink or food service around the beach or pool and bar lines took forever. Good thing was the entertainment in the evenings was plentiful, beach was gorgeous and easy to get chairs on the beach. We used NexusTours for airport transport based on hotel recommendation and that was good."

"Wonderful and friendly staff! Great food and drinks options and availability. Had an amazing time at the resort. However the activities needs to be kept up; The bowling alley and lanes kept jamming up, most of the arcade games were out of service and old."

"We had a wonderful family stay at Princess Grand Jamaica! The resort is very family-friendly with clean, comfortable rooms that felt fresh and well-maintained. The staff were consistently nice, friendly, and attentive, which really added to the welcoming atmosphere. The food at the restaurants was good overall, with plenty of options to choose from. The drinks for Platinum guests were also excellent. The outdoor pools are excellent; spacious, clean, and perfect for both kids and adults. The beach is decent with clear water, though it’s a bit rocky in spots, so water shoes are recommended. A few areas could be improved to make the experience even better. Room service for Platinum guests would be much more convenient if it were available 24/7 and better menu. Additionally, the in-room snacks were quite basic and disappointing just a small bag of peanuts doesn’t cut it for a family. Better snack options would be appreciated. Finally, adding popcorn at the theater would make watching the evening shows much more enjoyable and add to the fun resort vibe. Overall, Princess Grand Jamaica is a solid choice for a family vacation with great pools, a decent beach, good food and drinks, and friendly service. We’d happily return!"

"Property was overall nice, maid staff was always available. Check in was easy. We stayed in the elite service room with hot tub and balcony. Jorge was our butler and he was great made making dinner reservations a breeze. Was always available. Very friendly staff. All the restaurants on the property were great except the sports bar but other than that staff were always pleasant and willing to assist. Will be back again. Tips download what’s app for communication it makes it easy. Pools were clean and accessible. Nice nighttime entertainment on property. More of a quiet resort if you are looking for party party this may not be the resort for you but still was fun. Overall 9/10."

"Primera vez en el Grand Palladium Select Bavaro y fue una experiencia estupenda. Desde que llegamos el servicio fue excelente. Nuestro mayordomo Robinson siempre estuvo pendiente a nosotros y nos complació y ayudó en todo. Tuvimos la oportunidad de recorrer los 4 hoteles y en todos el servicio fue excepcional. La comida del teppanyaki, bamboo y especialmente el Helios fue OTRA cosa. Las meseras del Helios fueron excepcionales y los bartenders Erick y Willy también. Gracias por hacer de nuestra escapadita de 3 días una inolvidable. Volveremos pronto ✨❤️"
