"This is a great place to stay if you want a quiet getaway. There aren’t any walkable restaurants. So you would need to drive if you don’t want to eat at the hotel. There is only one place to eat which has a variety so that was ok for us. But overall the place is clean and very pretty beach. "

"This was the second time I’ve stayed at the Caribe Hilton. Grounds beautiful, staff very pleasant, food at restaurants delicious. A little bump checking in, resolved. Walls in rooms paper thin. Could hear people in next room clearly as though one room. Tile floor treacherous when wet. Overall nice stay."

"The pool was fine, but unfortunately the rest of the stay was very disappointing. The room was dirty, and it appeared that the bedsheets had not been changed. The fridge was also unclean and still contained used bottles from a previous guest. There were several maintenance issues as well, the shower head was broken and sprayed water toward the ceiling, and the phone in the room did not work. The food was particularly concerning. Out of the six guests in our group, four became sick after eating. Additionally, cleanliness throughout the facility was lacking, with spills left dried on the floors for days. Overall, the experience did not meet basic cleanliness or quality standards. Does not align with the Riu standards. "

"Very clean resort. Water park is a long walk to get to with children. There are no food truck or food to go, which is inconvenient for family’s with children. Only two breakfast option which gets old fast. Their dinner reservation policy is annoying, it won’t let you book more than 2 a day and there were only late night reservations around 8-9pm. This resort caters to adults a lot. The staff was okay but there was a huge language barrier, if you choose this resort make sure you speak Spanish. "

"Great little gem in the heart of Puerto Rico! They're still building up, so lacking ammenities, but if you want a cute clean hotel with friendly staff, spacious rooms for a good price-- this is the spot for you!"
