I had an amazing time at the Coral Cabana. This was the perfect choice for my solo diving trip to Nassau. The south coast is really chill, but I could easily drive to other parts of the island. I could stare at the ocean from my bed, fall asleep to the sound of the waves, and roll out of bed and onto the beach. I watched sunsets and sunrises from the south-facing beach. Stuart’s Cove Dive Center, which I’d booked with, was directly across the street. And John even invited me to a barbecue on my last night.

Place was not as expected, while space has great potential, rustic is not what was advertised. It felt like a construction site at times and is a work in progress. This is not an upscale or quite atmosphere. If you're looking for a place with no amenities in Nassau this is the place. There is lovely beach view but beach is covered with vegetation so no wading/sitting in water. Room was clean and space comfortable, microwave, a/c and hot water. Location close to airport. Host was friendly.

A big thank you to John, Duane & Ivonne (and Maxine) for taking care of us for our first trip to the Bahamas. They make you feel at home and were always available to answer our needs and questions very quickly.If you’re looking for something simple with a lot of intimacy, this is the place. You open your entrance door, walk a couple steps forward and your feet are already in ocean water.Although it is isolated, it’s very well located (only a 15min drive from the airport) and everything is close-by. We do recommend renting a car and we also recommend renting it through the property owner (John).The rental car company was super welcoming and friendly.We give the overall experience at Coral Condominum in Coral Harbour a 10/10.For the record, we chose the Cabana #1.Cheers!Angelo & Lo

My stay at Coral Condominium was exactly what I hoped it would be. I was in Nassau for an extended "work-cation," and the property was perfectly suited for balancing work and downtime. The Wi-Fi was fast, reliable, and easily handled video meetings, remote work, and streaming without interruption. As a solo female traveller, feeling safe is incredibly important to me, and I felt completely comfortable throughout my stay. The property managers were exceptional—not only friendly, but genuinely attentive. They checked in regularly to make sure I had everything I needed while still respecting my privacy, which made me feel very well looked after. The owner was on site for part of my visit and was welcoming, approachable, and genuinely interested in feedback. It was clear he is continually investing in the property and is committed to making Coral Condominium a premier destination for families, couples, vacationers, and business travellers alike. The accommodations were exactly as described, comfortable, and well maintained. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or a place where you can work remotely with confidence, I would not hesitate to recommend Coral Condominium. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would gladly return. I can’t wait to see the additional plans come to life! It really doesn’t need to be said as it is in the Bahamas and on the ocean, but the setting was perfection! I will be back!!
