Coolibah villa is 2,200 square foot on 3 floors of luxury offering several amenities that will make your stay more comfortable and pleasurable, including free wi-fi internet and a beautiful beach with snorkeling. Coolibah villa is air conditioned throughout with central ducted air conditioning. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom. Step out to the balcony that looks over a beautiful pristine white sand beach and the famous Bahamian waters. There is a second bedroom on the same level and is furnished with 2 single beds. It has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom on the top floor is furnished with a queen-sized bed and also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This bedroom has a beautiful balcony that offers wide views of the beach and the sea. The fourth bedroom is located on the top floor and has a queen bed, sharing the en-suite bathroom with bedroom 3\. The downstairs floor has a powder room. The complimentary swimming pool at Coolibah Villa (Starfish Isles residents pool) is only a few steps away. Between block 2 and 3 at Starfish Isle is free for your use! The kitchen is fully-equipped. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer. Guests at Coolibah Villa can simply take a short stroll to the club house and enjoy meals or a drink. Since 2018, there is an optional extra fee charged by Palm Cay Club for access to the club amenities. Please visit the Welcome Center for further details when on site. Payment of the fee will entitle your group to use the club amenities including the member's beach and the member's pool. You can of course use the Starfish Isle beach and pool at any time, the tennis courts, children’s playground, restaurants, café, boutique shop, spa and boat charters without paying this extra fee to Palm Cay. As you are directly on the beach you may not require this option, but some may like to make use of it. The marina offers several water-based activities, such as charter tours, boat rentals, snorkeling and much more. Located 30 minute drive from Nassau's international airport and within 10 minutes from downtown Nassau and paradise island. Arrangements for airport pick up to and from the airport can also be made for guests at the time of the booking. The water is crystal clear. My family and I enjoyed swimming and snorkeling right out front. We saw a sea turtle and sting ray right out front. Mike is a great host. He is very responsive and helpful. Nice grocery store just down the road. If you want a quiet and relaxing place to stay - this is it. We went to Nassau downtown a couple of times and couldn’t wait to get back to the quiet of Palm Cay. The house was clean, modern, and well equipped. The beach was beautiful (just like the photos!) and the water was very calm and had lots of shells for my little kids (ages 2 and 4) to explore. This house is perfect for a family vacation! We had a range of ages from 4-74, and everyone had a lovely time. Being right on the beach was perfect - many coffees were enjoyed with the sunrise. Having the grocery store 5 minutes away was a huge help. The kitchen has full cooking utensils, and we even grilled out for a few nights. The Dockside Cafe was great for an iced coffee or a sandwich, and the Pink Octopus was the perfect lunch or dinner spot. They ensured my family of 5 had everything we needed to create lasting memories. I followed Mike's tips on how to save $$ going to the Atlantis, his recommendation for the day trip to swim with the pigs and sharks, and his preferred taxi service to get around the island stress free. Steps from the water. Water is beautiful all the time but at high tide bigger fish come in for good snorkeling. The condo is several miles from Nassau which makes for a peaceful ,secure experience. Micheal is great and very responsive. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Had great boating experience with Jason. Michael has contact info. Bahamas is beyond expensive but this place was well worth the money ##### Terrie J. Place is clean. No issues. The beach is great. Be aware to have a driver take you for groceries. We did not buy any of the resort amenities so can't speak to that. Ate at the restaurant next door once. Was over $300 for the 5 of us. That including a couple drinks for everyone. Call Vincent for transportation if you are a large group. We stayed in Palm Cay for a week and a half and could not have asked for a more relaxing vacay. The beach is beautiful and being located right on the beach was perfect for our 2 and 3 year old. The place was very clean , nicely furnished and had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. Our kids loved visiting the park to go on the swings and spent most of their days on the beach. We visited the cafe for smoothies , iced coffee, and ice cream daily. The pizza at the restaurant was awesome! Mike was a great host. I messaged him a few times with questions and he was very quick to respond. He went above and beyond with a small ask I had. Thank you, Mike! We will definitely visit again! ##### Diana R. The beach just steps from our patio was beautiful & perfect to sit, swim & do a little snorkeling at our leisure. We scheduled a fabulous photographer, Clifton, for family photos before sunset. Thoroughly enjoyed Chef Everton one night!😋 We used 3N’s Exuma Vacation services, which picked us up from Palm Cay. (Call or email them to request pick up. They were happy to do it.) Our group of 6 adults enjoyed the club wristbands for a few days, mainly for the beach bar & a few of us for the pool. The Pink Octopus was yummy & convenient - split the hanger steak for 2-3 people 😋! One day we rented a golf cart to go to the store & tour Palm Cay! Michael was super responsive & over the top accommodating! We hope to come back again soon! ##### Kathleen S. It's location on the beach couldn't have been more perfect for my little grandchild. The sea was mostly calm - so he loved "swimming" and happily playing for hours. The parents of the said child were happy because it was all very easy. Laundry facilities were great, there was plenty of dishware/glasses for our group of seven, and plenty of advice from our great host about nearby grocery stores. We had friends stop by the condo and, happily, access to the community of Palm Cay was easily arranged with the gate. We also found that we really did not need to use - for a fee - the Club next door. Mike had provided lots of patio furniture to use on the beach. There was no fee to use the restaurant nearby, which offered some great fish and burgers. Everyone in the family wants to return to "Coolibah". Thanks, Mike and Lisa, for a memorable time. ##### ann c. We spent 5 nights at Mike’s condo and had a great time. The views are incredible and the beach is right there when you walk outside. You are also right next to the members’ beach (with umbrellas) and members’ pool and bar. We paid for the wristbands and thought it was worth it. We have a baby and couldn’t bring him into the main pool but there’s another one just next to it that allows children. The food at the pink octopus is good but service is hit or miss. We took Mike’s recommendation and hired Keshla to cook for us one night and it was great! Overall the condo was very clean and beautifully furnished. Just a heads up for the third floor - the two rooms share a bathroom and a hallway. The room in front with the balcony has doors but the other room does not, so you’d be “open” to the hallway/bathroom that you share with the front room. It was fine for us because we used the back room for our 1 year old, but I didn’t recall seeing that in the listing description and thought it would be good to know if you were planning on having 2 couples in those top two rooms. We loved our stay and definitely want to return! Mike was extremely accommodating and very quick to respond. ##### Sarah C. The beach is heaven- quiet and very private. Plenty of room for our 4 kids with laundry in the unit. We took advantage of private Chef Everton again and the food was delicious. We rented a car this trip and we were glad we did. It afforded us the opportunity to do a day trip to Atlantis, take a snorkel trip and access nearby grocery and restaurants. If you are looking for a relaxing, slow vacation on a gorgeous beach with a beautiful condo, this place is for you! ##### Aileen H.
