Converted Georgian town house split into 4 apartments. This 3 bedroom apartment is located on the first and second floors, it has access to a large balcony to the rear with bbq. Sleeps up to 6 people and in a convenient area for the city centre and surrounding areas.

Numerous shops 5 minutes walk away on Clifton Street including Tesco Express, alternatively support our local businesses by shopping at Waterloo Gardens convenience store (there is also a post office and excellent coffee shop next door).

Wellfield Road comes highly recommended - take a stroll through leafy Roath to enjoy a choice of restaurants to suit your taste. Whether you’re looking for brunch (Juno Lounge, Waterloo Tea), lunch (Coffee #1), or dinner (Troy Meze, Cameo Club) there is plenty to choose from.
