The home offers generous living space with a cosy TV snug room on the ground floor, quiet study room with computer monitors available for those who wish to remote work, utility room, and multiple bathrooms.
There is allocated off road parking for two vehicle directly in front of the property. The street ends over looking the Barry docks and can be enjoyed sitting at the Craft Republic with a glass if wine, or two.
If you forgotten any supplies, ASDA supermarket is two corners away.
The beach can be accessed by foot in under 10 minutes. Those with young families can enjoy the sea side amusements or another selection of beach facing bars.
This location is ideal for the avid Gavin & Stacy fans.
