The Clock House is a beautiful & substantial home situated in a 1/4 acre plot. It's tucked away behind gates, a high stone wall & mature trees in a quiet lane in the heart of Nottage Village, in the seaside town of Porthcawl. Close to the village green, shop & 3 local pubs, it’s a fantastic location. It’s a 10 minute walk to Rest Bay and its Blue flag beach and excellent golf courses. It has parking for 6 cars with a lawned garden to the front & rear and only a 5-mins drive from the M4. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television in both lounges and internet access. This house has 7 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 14. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. In the next bedroom, there is a double bed. The third bedroom contains a double bed. The fourth bedroom contains a double bed. The fifth bedroom contains a double bed. The sixth bedroom contains a double bed. The seventh bedroom contains a double bed. There are 3.5 bathrooms. The first en suite bathroom has a toilet and sink and free standing bath and shower head, The next bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
