  • Secret Spot is a gorgeous studio that has been thoughtfully set up to make the most of your beach break.. 7 steps to entrance.

    All on the Ground Floor:

    Open plan living space.

    Kitchen area: Breakfast Bar, Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Fridge

    Bedroom area: Double (4ft 6in) Bed

    Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. . Enclosed garden. Private parking for 1 car; additional on-road parking. 2 small dogs or 1 large dog welcome. No smoking. Please note: No children under the ages of 16.There are loose gravel paths surrounding the property, care to be taken.. This old stable was once an artist’s studio and now showcases some of the artist’s work. Beautifully decorated to compliment the art, the accommodation comprises an open plan lounge/ kitchen and sleeping area plus a shower room. The cosy space has been carefully considered to make your stay comfortable, a separate entrance hall gives you space to kick off your boots and outside there is gated off road parking, plus a seating area, then steps leading down to the entrance of the property.

    A pet friendly property with plenty to do with your furry friend! There’s a green and a dog friendly pub just opposite, plus a dog friendly beach less than a mile away! Porthcawl is also home to some fantastic holiday activities. Check out the local harbour, historic attractions, surf schools or amusement park.

We really enjoyed staying at the secret spot, we had two dogs with us & they loved staying there.

We really enjoyed staying at the secret spot, we had two dogs with us & they loved staying there. The location was great, lots of places to go, newton Beach is dog friendly also the local pubs. Janet the owner was fabulous, nothing too much trouble, such a lovely lady. We will definitely be returning.

What a wonderful find and the perfect spot.

What a wonderful find and the perfect spot. Janet was great, so very welcoming and going the extra mile to make sure everyone had a treat on arrival. Our cockapoo loved his. A 2min walk to the beach where we walked every morning with local shops on hand for essentials. The cafe at Nottage was perfect and can highly recommended the Rose and Crown for food. Will definitely be back.

This is a little gem.

This is a little gem. Lovely location in a village with 3 pubs and a five minute stroll to a dog friendly beach. Secret Spot is very clean and equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Janet is super friendly and very helpful. We will visit again.
