Located in a residential neighborhood, the house is on the first floor, set amid a tree-lined garden, and is laid out as follows: - Entrance through the kitchen with a dining area (refrigerator with freezer compartment, 3-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, and standard coffee maker). - Bathroom with shower and sink (with access to the outdoors) - Living area, accessible via two steps, with a sofa, a TV (not connected to an antenna), and a DVD player. - A hallway leading to: - A separate toilet - A master bedroom with a 140-cm bed and a closet - A bedroom with two 90-cm beds and a closet Outside, there is a shaded patio, a storage area for bicycles, and a driveway with space to park one or even two vehicles. Pets are not allowed, but an exception is made for cats.
