Overlooking courtyards, enjoy calm while being in the lively city: ideally located between the famous Place Carnot with its markets and breweries, Square Gambetta recently renovated with its rose garden, its fountains and the Magic roundabout. Access is via intercom. You will appreciate its 80m2 surface over 2 floors. On the first level is a large space with living room and kitchen separated by a bar. The living room is all comfort and tastefully decorated with two large sofas, a flat screen HDTV and a vintage dining room for six guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave, coffee maker, toaster. A bedroom with dressing room, separate toilet and a spacious bathroom with bath. A contemporary staircase guides you to the second level where you will find a second very large bedroom with a new relaxation area (cozy living room) and a third adjoining bedroom with sloping ceilings and a large dressing room. From the landing, you have access to a private laundry room with washing machine and drying racks. The 3 bedrooms of the apartment are equipped with 2 bedding 140 and another equipped with 2 single beds for the third bedroom. We can also provide you with 1 baby cot at no extra cost. The capacity of the apartment is 6 people + a baby. The building has kept its authenticity with its parquet floors, high ceilings, alcove cupboards. The apartment has high ceilings, vitrified flooring, marble fireplaces and full of original features. It is located in courtyards very flowery and exotic: calm assured! Somos 4 personas, dos de las cuales nos dedicamos profesionalmente a la construcción. La "vivienda", está en un estado ruinoso, la descripción no se atiene a la realidad. El alojamiento no dispone de aparcamiento. Antes de reservar, pedir fotos del "aseo", que es un pasillo con un inodoro delante de una cortina que tapa el calentador de agua. La limpieza no llega ni al mínimo necesario... nos encontramos la mesa de comedor con un mantel lleno de manchas y colores indefinidos, las ventanas estaban sucias y con telarañas, etc. Y si hablamos del el acceso, es propio de una película de miedo... en mi ciudad viviendas de este tipo no son calificadas como habitables.
