Great location if you are visiting the citè! Good breakfast. No luxury, just great functionality. The card terminal wasn't working on my arrival/check out making it a little uncomfortable since we had no cash on us to pay local taxes. Good room size, great bathroom
Very nice staff.
The hotels is a typical low-budget hotel which the standard reflects
The hotel was a little noisy and you can easy hearpeople coming and going from their rooms
We had a pleasant two-night stay overall. My daughter especially loved sleeping in the bunk bed, which was a fun experience for her. The room was on the small side, but the bed was large, comfortable, and provided a good night’s sleep.
There are a couple of areas that could be improved. The ventilation in the bathroom seemed a bit weak, and the shower area was designed with a very flat entrance, which made it easy for water to flow out onto the bathroom floor during showers.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the comfortable accommodation.
Good value for money .staff where very helpful with recommendations for eating and places to visit.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The room was significantly smaller than expected, even for a budget hotel. Amenities included a hand soap dispenser and a shower/shampoo dispenser with one towel for each person and a bath mat. No hand towel, which would have been helpful.
The air conditioning unit dripped significantly, creating a fairly impressive puddle on the floor. The lack of the hand towel, which would not have been enough anyway, made it difficult for us to keep the floor dry. We ended up using a plastic container that we had and the one waste basket in the room. We reported it and a workman was brought in to fix it as we were leaving for our trip.
The very best part of our stay was meeting Julie and Bony, both of whom were extremely helpful and kind. They were the absolute highlight of our stay at the hotel. Traveling is difficult these days and having associates such as these two can turn a problematic stay into one that is at the least tolerable. Julie and Bony are true assets and should be commended for their caring attitude and commitment to the guests of the hotel.
Extremely impressed. I need my stuff to be clean so I will spot the tiniest things. The bed was extremely clean and rather comfortable. Shower did the job and not that far of a walk to the City / Castle area.
You’ve also got Lidl 10 mins away if you need to buy basics like toothpaste, water or a couple snacks.
Staff were wonderful both check-in and checkout. They both went above and beyond and were super welcoming.
I’ll definitely be considering this exact hotel again if I pop down to Carcassonne again.
Merci!
I like IBIS hotels and this budget one didn’t disappoint. Out of the town so not many local amenities but only a 20 minute walk. Rooms were basic but clean. Really quiet and a nice little continental breakfast in the morning. I’d stay again x
This is a budget hotel, keenly priced and you get what you pay for. There's no wardrobe or cupboards, just a few shelves. The 'double' bed is two singles pushed together. Would have helped if they had been the same size/height. Two pillows ok for me as a single person.
It's a bit out of town - 20 minute or so walk to the fortress, a 25 minute or so walk to the town but only a 20-25 euro taxi ride to the airport. The hotel is on a main road but I had a room at the back and didn't hear anything. The air conditioning is adequate. There is a TV and shower. It was clean. It's all basic but sufficient. The money I saved I spent on food and wine. Pas de problem!
Nice stay and value for money. So easy to check in - 2 min. One password for your room, parking, etc. No need to check out....a lot of hotels could learn from this. Works when you order through Hotels.com. Absolutely recommendable.
Stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel had all the necessities and was very clean. The staff were helpful although I did not have many interactions with them. I have no complaints and would definitely stay here again.
It was inexpensive and about a 10 minute to 15 minute walk to the medieval walled city. Breakfast was Continental with the usual pastries, toast, cereal, yogurt, coffee, juice, and cold cuts. The room was good. The water in the shower was hot so no complaints.
Good value for money. Convenient parking. Ability to buy coffee at the hotel. Excellent bakery nearby. Super-friendly and helpful staff. The area around was depressing though.
This is a budget hotel so it really doesn't have any frills. It suited me fine because it was clean and I had a comfortable sleep. It was great value for money. The breakfast is really good even though there are no cooked elements to it. The staff are helpful. I appreciated that. If you're staying for a night or two it's fine but it wouldn't be ideal for a longer stay. Plus, it is quite a long walk from the historic centre. However, there is a regular bus service.
