This memorable country house / chateau is the perfect home base for your trip to Carbondale. Guests will find four bedrooms featuring a king bed, queen bed, two bunk beds, a twin bed, and a crib, offering plenty of space for everyone. Three bathrooms include both a bathtub and shower, making mornings and evenings easy. The living room and office each have a futon, providing extra spots to unwind or catch up on work. With a serene atmosphere and superb comfort throughout, this tremendous retreat invites guests to relax and recharge. Kick back, relax, and enjoy everything Carbondale and our country house has to offer.
A beautiful mountain hideaway. Sits at the end of a private road surrounded by 20 acres of wooded property with perfect views of Mount Sopris from all rooms, wrap-around deck (with gas grill), full garage gym, chicken coop (with chickens, rooster, and fresh eggs every morning!). Only 9 minutes to Whole Foods, restaurants, shopping center, and more; 18 min to Snowmass; 30 min to Aspen; 30 min to glenwood.Full home. Child-friendly, infant-friendly, and great for large families and business travel.
Beautiful floor plan with giant windows that give a picturesque, unobstructed views from independence pass to sunlight, including a direct view of Mount Sopris year round. 20 acres of property are yours to enjoy or explore (and they connect to tons of hiking and horse trails that go on for miles)! Private and secluded, but only 10 minutes away from Basalt / Whole Foods! Hi speed internet, private office workspace, extra beds and sleeping arrangements available, massive wrap around deck with slide (kids will love it), big outdoor play pit, chickens and farm fresh eggs, great for families and kids. This is our personal home that we rent when out of town. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do. ---- Always a guest favorite.
Please note, if visiting in the winter it is highly recommended that you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle and snow tires. The house is located in the Rockies where snow storms are quite frequent. We cannot be held responsible for interrupted travel plans or trouble due to weather.
