The perfect location to explore this magnificent region of Colorado or to just relax and stay awhile! This charming newer 3 bedroom, 3 bath home was completely updated in 2022\. The farmhouse inspired décor is complete with shiplap and touches of rustic charm throughout. Careful attention has been paid to sourcing artwork from local area artists and artisans. The open concept living room, dining room and kitchen on the main level is the perfect gathering and entertaining space for family and friends. This great room has an expansive two story ceiling making it feel open, airy and light. A cozy gas fireplace in the living room with beautiful birch logs can be turned on with the touch of a button. The kitchen is updated with sleek stainless steel appliances, white solid quartz countertops and comfortable counter seating. The dining area comfortably seats 6 at the table with additional seating for 4 at the counter. French doors open onto the wrap-around front porch where you can expand your living space as the weather permits. Here you will find comfortable conversation seating, as well as a separate outdoor dining space. The possibilities are endless! Outside the front door is a charming wrap-around front porch complete with sounds of the Crystal River. Steps off of the front porch is a stone patio with gas fire pit table and 6 Adirondack-style chairs perfect for s'mores and stargazing. The beautifully landscaped and private front yard extends the living space further into the outdoors. Back of home has a hillside, grassy area, but is not maintained as a yard. On the main level is a spacious, yet cozy bedroom 1 suite. Bedroom 1 includes a king bed with memory foam mattress, large walk-in closet, and a private bathroom 1 complete with a double vanity. Bedroom 2, also on the main level, has a luxurious queen bed and private closet for clothes and luggage storage. Next to bedroom 2 is a beautifully updated bathroom with shower, tub and new Stella black star floor tile. Also conveniently located on the main level is a front loading washer/dryer and all necessary laundry supplies. Up the spiral staircase from the main living area is the private bedroom 3\. This large bedroom has a comfy queen sized bed and en suite bathroom 3 complete with luxurious soaking tub for long bubble baths. This upstairs retreat includes a cozy remote controlled electric fireplace for warmth and ambiance. A NOTE ABOUT PARKING: A maximum of 2 standard-size vehicles can be parked at the property. Please park in our carport and/or in the space directly to the left of the carport. Our home is located on a shared driveway. We ask that you NOT park anywhere in the driveway or on the boulevard in front of the home- for the convenience of our neighbors, walkers and bikers. It's a cute little town with Art and Vintage stores we walked around to. The house was in a perfect central location with a great fire pit in the front yard. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with every thing we needed to cook a Thanksgiving meal. The host was quick to reply with any questions we had. Great place to stay and would definitely return! The only thing we ran into was the skillet and pot for kitchen use were rather small for our family so I had to make spaghetti and sauce in batches. I did not realize just how perfect the location was when I made the reservation. Such a treat to be on Main Street, America!! We walked to dinner a few nights (The Redstone Inn and Propaganda Pizza), stopped in some quaint shops, and stepped across the street to a beautiful little park that overlooked the river! It even had a bridge to cross over and take in all the views. Our daughter and grandkids stayed nearby and they LOVED our home when compared to theirs; it was very easy to hang out together for meals. We read books on the porch, played on the slide and swings at the park—-all two seconds from home. The home was spotless. We loved the gas fireplace—perfect for chilly evenings and mornings. We adored this home over 4th of July! It had everything we needed…room to make dinner in the evenings, covered patio for morning coffee & afternoon showers, outdoor fire pit w/ our glass of wine in the evenings, and a perfect mix of privacy & socialization on the Blvd. Walkable to dining, playground, river, General Store & trails. Loved the front porch, mountain views and sound of the river! Everything was clean, comfortable and thoughtfully set up. Kitchen was outstanding. Redstone is a charming village with direct access to nature hikes and scenic drives. This was one of my favorite rental houses ever - can’t wait to go back! ##### Allison T. This home is a fantastic place to stay! The home is appointed with everything you need for the kitchen! Literally 2 types of yeti glasses. The house has all of the amenities - coffee maker/grinder and keurig; full kitchen, plates and cookware; washer/dryer and hairdryers. All of the common areas were comfortable and beautifully appointed. The deck/porch is amazing to relax on. The only issue for us was that while the water heater is tankless, it struggles if more than 1 person showers at a time. But there is plenty of hot water when people shower in series. The town is cute with a great antique shop; a general store with breakfast tacos/bakery items, coffee/espresso, a liquor store and the basics for snacks and toiletries. Also some of the best pizza I've ever had is just down the street at Propaganda Pie. FYI - There is no cell service in Redstone. You'll need to drive \~15-20 mins back towards Carbondale to grab some. But the internet connection at the home was excellent for all 5 of us, even for WiFi calls. ##### Madison S. We have walked past this and other homes in town and admired them many times. I would have never imagined it would look like this inside. The host has done an incredible job updating and designing this home. It is gorgeous and cozy and well appointed and had all the comforts of home. The area is our absolute favorite place to escape to and to be able to stay in this charming home was the icing on the cake. We never came across anything we needed but didn’t have, and Phillip was always available and responded immediately if we had any questions. The house was perfect for our 3 night stay. The house was very clean, nicely furnished, and the location was wonderful. The cozy front porch offers privacy and protection from the elements.
