All appliances are to be used only for their intended purpose. P. Charcoal and Gas Barbecue grills may not be used inside any structure located on the Property. Q. You may not bring your own grill (of any type) or fire pit for use on the premises. R. Tents or other structures may not be erected on the Property. S. Commercial photography or filming is not permitted on the Property. T. You shall use ventilating fans at all times when bathing or cooking. U. All windows and doors must remain closed during inclement weather. V. You shall notify Manager of any pest control problems. W. The use of any provided swimming pool or hot tub is at your own risk. You further understand that any interruption of use will not alter or change any of the terms of this Agreement. X. You may not block the fire escape at any time. Y. The Homeowner does not permit large gatherings at the Property. A disturbance caused by you or any person permitted on the Property during your stay which results in any police action, complaints from neighbors is considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of this Agreement, immediate eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid as permitted by law. Z. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. No towels or linens shall be taken from the house. A cleaning fee is automatically added and charged to you for each booking and reservation. House is great and close to things we wanted to do. Was a bit concerned about the pest control device in the fenced in yard so had to keep an eye on the dog when he was outside so he didn't bother it. Deck furniture was plentiful and loved the master shower; tons of fresh towels and bathrobes. Plenty of dishes and utensils. We would use this place again. ##### Michael V. We went as a group of 4 friends, one couple had a 3 month old baby. It was perfect for us, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals, including pots, pans, knives, spices, oil, food processor, etc. The living/dining/kitchen was well laid out and felt very functional, and there were plenty of games/puzzles as well. The master bedroom was huge, and the other bedrooms were a nice size as well. The deck was beautiful and had a great view of what we think is Snowmass Mountain. We skied/rode at Snowmass as well, and the commute was about 30 minutes, what we expected. The yard was fully fenced and there were deer everywhere, we saw many every day. Overall it was a great stay for our group! ##### natalie c. It was great to wake up with a view of Mount Sopris, and end the day on the front deck with the same view. We had a minor issue with no hot water the first night we arrived, but the property manager did a great job of diagnosing the problem and leading us through the steps to reset the hot water heater. They also refunded 30% of the cost of our first night’s stay for the inconvenience. Very considerate of them. We would go there again. ##### Steven J. With a spacious layout and "eye-candy" views throughout, this is quite the mountain (i.e., worship) experience. The kitchen is well-stocked and friendly to use. Pet friendly with a fenced lawn.
