This condo was designed with the avid fisherman in mind, but with a stylish `ladies touch` and all the comforts of home. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a smoker on the patio. There are two comfortable queen beds in one bedroom and two extra long double beds in the second bedroom, both with en suite bathrooms.
Enjoy relaxing on the patio while watching the horses graze nearby or cuddle up with a book after a fun filled day of fishing or exploring everything that the Ranch and the Roaring Fork Valley have to offer!

Parking is for passenger vehicles only. Park up to 2 cars in tandem in carport. There are 6 EV chargers in the parking lot near the sports courts.
RVs, trailers, OHVs, dirt bikes, and boats are strictly prohibited from the property. If this rule is violated, a fine will be assessed.
Guest packages cannot be mailed to this home as they are routed to a parcel locker that only owners are able to access.

Charcoal and Gas Barbecue grills may not be used inside any structure located on the Property. L. Guest may not bring a grill (of any type) or fire pit for use on the premises. M. Tents or other structures may not be erected on the Property without written approval. N. Commercial photography or filming is not permitted on the Property. O. All windows and doors must remain closed during inclement weather. P. Guest shall notify Manager of any pest control problems. Q. The use of any provided swimming pool or hot tub is at Guest`s own risk. Guest further understands that any interruption of use will not alter or change any of the terms of this Agreement. R. Guest may not block the fire escape at any time. S. The Homeowner does not permit gatherings at the Property. A disturbance caused by Guest or any person permitted on the Property during Guest`s stay which results in any police action or complaints from neighbors is considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of this Agreement with immediate eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid as permitted by law. T. No towels or linens shall be taken from the Property. A cleaning fee is automatically added and charged for each confirmed reservation. Guest is expected to leave the Property in a neat and orderly condition. An additional cleaning fee may apply if excessive cleaning or trash removal is required upon Guest`s departure. U. A mandatory damage protection policy fee for third-party accidental rental damage insurance will be automatically charged to each booking. Should the assessed damages and or the amount of missing items, exceed the maximum limits of the insurance policy, Guest shall be held responsible to pay for the deficiency.

Beautiful condo, exactly as the pictures portray. Love all the photos of the neighborhood and fishing. Beds are super comfortable, good smart TV, well equipped kitchen with everything we needed. Management company and owners are wonderful and solved our issues quickly and effectively.
We enjoyed the comfort and quietness of this property. It is well furnished with comfortable beds. However, we would have liked more light in the living room.
This is a solid location for our NYE trip to Aspen. The home is a 30 minute drive to the base parking/shuttle areas. Other than a small issue at check-in (dryer was still running with towels), we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely try to book this location again for our next Aspen trip.
Friends and I stayed at the condo, while skiing in Aspen. Place was clean, comfortable and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked to make meals. Parking was on site and covered. Complex was quiet and safe. Condo was close to dining in Carbondale, and skiing in Aspen. Would love to go back in the summer. Thanks for the rental.
We spent 2 nights in this lovely condo. The views are spectacular and the beds and linens were some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Kitchen is well equipped but a bit dated. This is the perfect place to stay if you fly fish. No air conditioning, but, if you close up in the morning, that shouldn’t be a problem no matter how hot it gets.
This condo was okay but could stand some updates of the furniture and decor. To our surprise, the unit did not have any air conditioning - I guess I didn't notice that on the listing because I just assumed there would be AC, but in August, with temps in the 90s every day, it made for very hot interior spaces. This unit has ground floor bedrooms with sliding doors to the outside which made the family with smaller children uncomfortable to open sliders at night. Not optimal.
The biggest problem was finding large LIVE bugs that looked like cockroaches in the sheets, Says to me that Keylink, the property management, did not do any pre-arrival checking, especially if the unit had not been rented in a while. Seems to me the sole purpose of hiring a property management team is to make sure the unit is perfect for incoming guests. Keylink did not do that.
Out of the control of anyone, the complex was doing MAJOR cement work on the units carports. Huge loud cement breaking machines and giant cement trucks. It was just our misfortune to be there then but again, out of anyones control. The complex itself was very family friendly, vey nicely maintained, and an excellent location to everything.
Despite the few glitches and despite finding LIVE bugs in the sheets, we had a great time.
My brother and I have stayed here several times over the years and always a good stay. However same as a previous comment, upstairs neighbor has heavy feet and a dog that can be noisy but thank goodness they don't stay up all night.
Clean well kept property fishing was outstanding only negative was the noise from the upstairs unit they left their dogs unattended and they howled nonstop that being said I would rent the property again
Close to local restaurants in Basalt and Carbondale. Easy access to skiing. Condo was perfect for a guys ski weekend with four Queen beds and two bathrooms.

Condo was all we needed
Private water and overall location of condo were spectacular.
This is a wonderful property. Nice linens and comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen and comfortable living room furniture. Access to fishing on the Ranch is amazing.
Great place to stay for the JAS experience, very comfortable home, mikes of walking and biking trails, beautiful setting on the Roaring Fork

Wonderful place, amazing stay at Carbondale!
We stayed for a couple of days at the condo and had a wonderful time! The place is very clean and very well decorated. Super cozy and have everything you need for a great visit. You can even make a cocktail as you will find a shaker and glasses- nice bonus! :) we will be back!
