With all the household items. Sight from the windows of the rooms. Artesian well with drinking water being used for everything and never lacking.  
  
About Condomínio Mar Verde: A forest reserve, with a clear river, magnificent landscape, walks on trails leading to the Poço Verde, a natural pool of the river that comes from the mountains and goes to the sea, being able to fish lambari. Condo recommended for biking or hiking, with the largest square of Caraguatatuba, with leisure options: Sports court, tennis court, bocce pitch, play ground, jogging track, among others.

O imóvel é excelente, muito grande e bem equipado, tem muitos colchões, não tive problemas em relação a espaço! Condominio muito tranquilo e seguro, passamos o ano novo de 2022 na residência e foi espetacular! O Sr. Wilson é uma pessoa excelente, proprietário muito tranquilo e muito bom de negociar, diferente de muitos que tive contato antes de fechar esse imóvel. O unico ponto negativo é a ausencia de wifi, fez muita falta porque a rede da claro não funciona e é justamente a minha operadora, apesar disso, foi tudo perfeito! Obrigada pela estadia e até a próxima
