Driving along 80 meters of private private road you get directly to the sandy beach of Straccoligno, where customers free of charge , sun beds, umbrellas, canoes, surfboards with paddles are available for excursions in the splendid bay of Capoperla. On the beach there are two restaurant bars open from 7:00 to 24:00 the village of Capoliveri is 500 meters away. We have continued to do it dedicating ourselves with love and passion because nothing makes us happier to see those who have got to know the villa and its fantastic location and come back over the years. receive favorable appreciation for what we offer by trying to make our guests' holidays unforgettable. The location in itself gives the villa unique and special features. You just have to look around to understand that you have arrived in a true paradise on earth. Nature dominates the green of the Mediterranean scrub, the blue mixed with the green of the sea and the cliffs. that seem extracted from a wonderful painting. Alles ist mindestens so toll wie beschrieben: traumhafte Lage mit perfekter Meersicht, Strand mit Restaurant (sehr gutes) 100m entfernt, schöne Wohnungen und äusserst freundliche Vermieter - sind immer zur Stelle, wenn man erwas braucht. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und seinen Eltern war sehr herzlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und alles funktioniert bestens, WLAN ist sehr gut. Unsere Wohnung hatte zwei Schlafzimmer mit Wohnküche und liegt in der Mitte von drei Wohnungen in der Villa Perla. Die beiden äusseren Wohnungen haben je ein Schlafzimmer mit Wohnküche. Die Terrassen sind relativ hellhörig zueinander, aber wir haben das nicht als störend empfunden. Das gratis zum Ausleihen am Strand vorhandenen SUP und Kajak und die Liegestühle haben wir auch sehr geschätzt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber zum Kennenlernen der Insel mit Auto oder Bike recht zentral. Zu Fuss kann man auch in ca 1km zum Strand von Naregno, wo es eine Segelschule gibt mit Verleih von Jollen, Cat oder Surfborden. Alles zusammen Superferien in der Villa Perla. Selbst Ende Oktober war das Schwimmen im Meer noch gut möglich, der Strand ist zu Fuss gut zu erreichen. Mit vielen Möglichkeiten Land, Kultur und Leute zu entdecken und schätzen zu lernen. Archival ### 10/10 Excellent #### LUCA A. 16 Sept 2017 #### Un Paradiso L'appartamento è molto bello e curato in ogni minimo dettaglio ,estremamente pulito offre tutto quello che si può desiderare per trascorrere una vacanza rilassante,la spiaggia è a due minuti a piedi dall'abitazione sicuramente tra le più ricche di verde della zona di Capoliveri che abbiamo potuto visitare visto che la villa si trova a non più di 3/4 km da altre 7/8 Spiagge di questo che è senza dubbio uno dei paesi più belli dell'Isola.L'acqua della sua baia trasparente e limpida permette di scorgere i fondali marini anche ad occhio nudo e il territorio preservato da cementificazioni smisurate conferisce a questa location suggestioni paradisiache.
