The ground level is composed of an entrance with a heating room, a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a bathtub, a twin room (with the possibility of adding an additional bed) with a walk in closet. On the first floor you will find a kitchen, an ample sized living room with a fireplace and a balcony, a double bedroom with balcony, and a bathroom with shower. In the attic, you will find a large room with a panoramic view of the Golfo Stella, a laundry room and a terrace (approx. 3x3 mt.). The centre of Capoliveri is only 2 minutes walking distance. The beaches are 2/4 km away. . Parking is reserved for one vehicle only. There is also the possibility of reserving additional parking spaces.

    Stilvolle Stadtwohnung, geräumig

    Insgesamt eine Ferienwohnung mit viel Charme. Sehr gute Ausrüstung, vor allem auch in der Küche. Ein Minuspunkt ist sicher die Parkplatzsituation. Es sollte nicht sein, dass zusätzlich pro Tag 10 EUR pro Wagen gezahlt werden müssen. Der Gratisparkplatz ist kaum brauchbar.
