"Fantastic location, older hotel but very charming. They need to cleanup the bottom floor/abandoned rooms on the ocean, but it really doesn’t effect the overall experience unless you venture down there. Beautiful views from rooms and hotel grounds."

The proprietor, Nicola is a very kind and generous person. He helped us with great suggestions, reservations for restaurants and excursions. "The property is very cute and the breakfast is great each morning! However, there are many parts of the hotel that were under construction, either being built or fixed. The hottub was empty sitting by my room, so unable to use that. There were also no staff in the afternoons or evenings when I was there, so I could not enjoy the bar aspect of the outdoor dining area. Owner was responsive and said he was having trouble with afternoon staff. Location is convenient to central Vulcano and various...

"We stayed four nights and loved this place! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. The terrace on the roof was a nice place to spend time in the afternoon and evening, but it was too hot in the morning without any way to block the morning sun."

"Posto molto bello, ma andrebbe rinnovato. Soprattutto il costo del soggiorno è troppo elevato per i servizi offerti. Basti considerare che nonostante la tariffa della camera sia molto alta, si paga l’accesso alla piscina. Inoltre manca internet e la pulizia dell’abitazione è ogni 4 giorni. Infine assurdi i prezzi del bar: 16 euro per un pane cunzato minuscolo. In conclusione posto dalle grandi potenzialità. Serve una gestione più attenta. "
