The Space: This perfectly located, charming, and stylish 2 bedroom beach condo provides the perfect spot for you to enjoy your Capitola vacation. Located across the street from the Capitola Wharf, and just a short stroll to the esplanade and main beach, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath beach house - one bedroom with a king size bed and one with two doble beds - and the loft upstairs has a queen size fold-out couch to accommodate up to 8 guests. One dog is allowed with the payment of a $50 non-refundable pet fee. There are two decks to enjoy the beautiful ocean, wharf, and village views. This condo is located at the finish line to the world famous Wharf to Wharf race, and you can walk to all restaurants, shops, and cafes within one minutes stroll over the historic Stockton bridge. There are two dedicated parking spots in a secure gated garage. In fact, we have already booked a return stay. The only issue we had was check in process. We were not aware that there were more lock boxes than those easily seen from the driveway. After much fussing and calling we finally realized that we needed to walk further along the front of the building where the correct lockbox was. Once that was solved it was smooth sailing. This property is in a beautiful spot right above downtown. We had a great time. Unfortunately I spent our first day there cleaning the property because I think it got missed before we arrived. The floors were completely covered in long black hair everywhere. I understand hair gets everywhere and occasionally one will be missed. But this was so much that the only explanation was it wasn't cleaned. I contacted the property owner listed mid stay to see if they had anything to say and still haven't gotten a reply. ##### Brian H. We just got home from an amazing week in Capitola! There was 6 of us and the condo was perfect, the loft area with the balcony was a plus for sure, our 23 year old son stayed up there so he had his own little private spot ! We spent time on both balconies, we bbqd and made dinners almost every night ! The views are out of this world and going in and out with the key pad so easy !
