The kitchen was well stocked. Having laundry onsite was a plus when traveling. We also enjoyed being so close to restaurants and the beach. Having two parking spaces made it easy to just leave the car parked and just walk to everything.

Amazing property, parking spaces a little tight if you have larger cars, but the unit and the proximity to the beach are a definite win. The unit was very clean when we arrived and it has all utensils and pots and pans you’ll need for cooking. The pans are in great shape too, which we really appreciated. Also each bathroom has shampoo, conditioner and body wash, which is great, no need to pack your own. There is even a laundry inside the unit if you’re staying longer.
We had a wonderful stay at Capitola Cliffsthe morning sunrises were breathtaking!Easy Access to all the village has to offer and ease of parking made our stay easy breezy and wonderfully beachy! We love Capitola!
Easy to check in, beautiful view, comfortable beds and affordable. Good restaurants and shopping all within 2 minute walk. Needs some repairs and better cleaning. Other than that we enjoyed it, my husband and our 5 kids stayed here and would stay again.
We stayed in this unit last year and had same problem with hot water. The water was only hot in master bathroom. I was in touch with property manager about tape being on fireplace and should we not use it. Hallie was supposed to get back to me and she never did. So we didn’t use it. We were happy that they had replaced carpets and it had new blinds in the master bedroom. All in all it was a good time but we all had to shower in1 bathroom.We let the front one run for 15 minutes.Never did get hot water in the sinks.
At first, the place appeared clean, but with closer inspection it wasn’t. There was the master bedroom window with two ginormous bird poop splashes Then, if you look out the bunk bedroom there was a toilet brush and broken window screen on the roof. Also, the grill was full of ashes, with an empty charcoal bag and empty lighter fluid bottle. The back of the kitchen and bathroom cabinets were filthy and the towels in the bathroom were just thrown in. And under the microwave was dirty. Also the throw rugs were a trip hazard. Unfortunately, we had terrible neighbors, which you had no control. They took over the bottom of the staircase with all their beach belongings. They had their garbage bags and cans in the hallway. And constantly smoked weed. Every time I was in the hallway or outside deck it reeked of the smell. Other than that I made sure I had a good time.

Great location & Beautiful view... Needs more than dusting!
The property itself was awesome. However, if I owned that unreplaceable property, Things would be unbelievably different. I would go in and DEEP CLEAN EVERYTHING, repair broken light & plug covers, ripped lamp shade, hook up all 3 TV's & have them working, clean vents full of dust, replace broken & bent blinds, replace filthy, old couch that has stuffing missing on the arm rests, powerwash & clean steps going into the unit & both balconies to entice visitors to actually sit out there, clean off the gunk on the cupboards you have to touch to use the garbage, get rid of the cheap & dangerous throw rugs that dont lie flat, appropriately repaint doors that had peeling paint all over & touched up with wrong color, working soap dispensers, replace light bulbs, replace upstairs "comforter" that was stained & when turned over, had a tear in it, repair old holes from alarms, clean grout on kitchen counter, etc, etc. This is an amazing piece of RE & someone doesn't care about the condition. I'm hoping it’s not the owner not caring about the condition just as long as they receive their rent & are going to try & get away with as little as possible OR is it the Rental Co.that is an ADDITIONAL expense renting this property through VRBO that is getting away with murder? THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY REPAINTED & REPAIRED PRIOR TO PUTTING IN NEW CARPET...CARPET DOES NOT FIX ALL THAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PLACE! Issue smelling gas using fireplace... 2nd call went to FULL voicemail. Pics avail.
Great location to shopping and dining! We were in walking distance of everything! The townhome was clean and we had excellent communication with the property manager. We’ll definitely be back!

An amazing stay! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay
This place was absolutely perfect for our family! It’s proximity to the beach, readiness with all the necessities, and ease of check in/check out made it so ideal. We plan to use this exact spot as our return vacation year after year!
We had a wonderful time staying with our family for a few days in Capitola. Some of the highlights were the walking distance of restaurants and the beach. We want to follow up with a more extended stay in the near future!
Great location! Walking distance to restaurants and shops, and beach across the street.Clean, organized, plenty of towels, also supplied beach chairs. Was surprised loft had additional sleeping accommodation, loved the loft outside patio with view of Capitola City and beach/ocean views, as well as pier views. On check-in instructions should mention you can't access garage without getting your outside gate key from lockbox to be able to push the manual button to open garage door.
We had a great time in Capitola. This property has ocean views and is SUPER close to the beach and steps from Capitola Village. Linens and towels were provided. Kitchen was decently stocked with dishes and pots and pans, BBQ utensils. Will definitely stay again

Location is great, property needs serious update, carpet is gross.
You can't beat the location! Wonderful ocean views and only a 1 min walk to the beach. Capitola village is right down the street. They provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Beach towels were located in the closet and the kitchen had everything you need to cook a wonderful meal. They even had a ninja blender for margaritas! This place was great!
Nice glad they’re going to put new carpet in since there are some tears in the carpet. Hopefully they’ll put new blinds in because they’re kind of broken in the master bedroom. But a great place. Thank you

Great location
The location of this property was wonderful however that’s where it ended. This property is in much need of updating and the furniture needs to be replaced. There were obvious signs of dirtiness on the couches, which we covered with sheets. Some of the bedding had stains on it also. With a little work this place could be a gem!

Perfect location, old worn furnishings
Location is great with view and a short walk into Capitola. The gated parking is awesome. Room for two vehicles and access for our truck. However, the furnishings were very dated and WORN out. The kitchen and bathrooms are falling apart and the carpet looked like it should have been changed years ago. It was clean though. This property just needs an update remodel and new WiFi/internet/TV
